Nasya is a Panchakarma treatment for body cleansing used in Ayurvedic medicine. Administration of drugs by the route of nasal cavity is termed as nasya, nāvana, nasya karma, etcetera are synonymous to nasya.

Shirodhara is a classic Ayurvedic therapy or the practice of slowly and steadily dripping herbal oil on the forehead. The therapy induces a relaxed state of awareness that results in a psychosomatic balance.

Massage oil is designed to make a massage session relaxing and restorative. It's also hydrating (protecting the skin's barrier and retaining moisture) in addition to reducing friction between your skin and the hands of the masseuse.

Treatment of saitika - Kati Wasthi

Retention of warm herbal oil which enhances proper function of nerves of the Spinal cord by reducing pain on patient's back area (Lumbar and sacral areas) about 30 minutes.
